Art, Yoga, & Finding Your Creative Outlet with guest Faith Bellamy

Faith Bellamy is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, who extends her passion for wellness through her weekly online yoga sessions. She also has paintings on display at the Kamloops Art Gallery.

Bellamy has always had an interest in art and in 2020 she picked up the paintbrush and started on her art journey. From doodling in class and creating small works of art with pencil crayons, she has progressed to having some of her work displayed at the Kamloops Art Gallery.

You can also find some of her pieces in local businesses around town, like Brynn’s Bakery. Before it closed, she had a mini-gallery on display at The Smorgasbord.
